Cheerful slacker Deano and uptight city guy Oscar discover they are brothers when, much to their surprise, they both inherit a holiday camp from their estranged and recently dead father, Gary Wilde. Dad had one stipulation: these two have to run the camping ground together or they lose it - they can only sell it if they both agree. It's Dad's way of bringing his family together, even if it's after he's dead.

My Dad Says, and portrayed Richard Pratt on the Showtime series, Web Therapy. Currently, Bagley has a recurring role as Principal Toby Pearson on the American sitcoms Teachers, and Peter on Grace and Frankie.

Bagley won two LA Weekly Theater Awards for best solo comedy performance in Groundlings, Pretty Groundlings, and best ensemble for Groundlings, Good and Twenty. He later won the Jury Award at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado for his one-man show, Happy Hour, a poignant comedy about his family and personal tragedy. Additionally, Bagley created a successful one man show based on his experiences as a butler at the Playboy Mansion. Clean Boy, Dirty Stories, first presented at The Groundlings, went on to achieve great critical acclaim at Aspen Comedyfest.
